Mike is the Administrative and Outreach Pastor at RBC. His duties include church administration, directing the church soul-winning outreach ministries, teaching a children’s Sunday School class and filling the pulpit when needed for other Independent Baptist Military churches in Germany. Leah has been teaching the 4 & 5 year old Sunday School class for many years and is actively engaged in mentoring some of the younger ladies in the church.
